1. Aceptación de los términos

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you may bind it to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Elegibilidad

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use the Service where doing so would violate applicable law or sanctions.

3. Tu cuenta

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your password, 2FA, and wallet keys secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may require email verification and offer two-factor authentication in your account settings; we strongly recommend enabling it.

4. Uso aceptable

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, or that promotes scams, malware, or phishing.
• Manipulate reputation, votes, ratings, rankings, or giveaways (e.g. via multiple accounts, bots, or collusion).
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or others’ accounts.
• Scrape or harvest data except as expressly permitted, or misuse our APIs or keys.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Tu contenido y licencia

You retain ownership of the content you submit (articles, comments, reviews, submissions). You grant BlockzHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you post and that it does not violate these Terms or any law. Community content passes through an editorial/moderation workflow and may be edited, approved, rejected, or removed.

6. Reputación y sorteos

Los puntos de reputación, niveles, insignias y entradas a sorteos no tienen valor monetario, no son transferibles y pueden ajustarse o revocarse si se obtienen con conducta prohibida o error del sistema. El prestigio (reputación) multiplica el peso de entrada en sorteos — primero el estatus. Los sorteos pueden tener reglas propias. La elegibilidad puede estar limitada por ley.

7. Acciones on-chain y wallets

The Service lets you connect a self-custodial wallet and sign blockchain transactions (donations, votes, governance proposals, staking, swaps). These transactions are executed by third-party networks, are irreversible, and are outside our control. BlockzHub never takes custody of your funds or keys and cannot reverse, refund, or recover on-chain transactions. You are solely responsible for the transactions you sign, associated network fees, and safeguarding your keys.

8. Servicios de terceros

The Service integrates third-party tools (e.g. wallet extensions, blockchain nodes, an embedded crypto-swap widget, and email delivery) and may link to third-party sites and dApps. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or content; your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.

9. Sin asesoramiento financiero

Content on the Service — including news, courses, rankings, and dApp listings — is for general information only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Crypto assets are volatile and risky. Do your own research and consult a professional before making decisions. You use the Service and interact with blockchains at your own risk.

10. Propiedad intelectual

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and branding, is owned by BlockzHub or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for your own content and rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without permission.

11. Moderación y terminación

We may moderate, hide, or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. licences, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

12. Exenciones de responsabilidad

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding availability, accuracy, or security. We do not guarantee that content is accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitación de responsabilidad

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockzHub and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or on-chain losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Indemnización

You agree to indemnify and hold BlockzHub harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Cambios

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Ley aplicable

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated by BlockzHub in its operating entity’s details, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and BlockzHub will attempt to resolve disputes informally first; unresolved disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law grants you rights that cannot be waived.
